I think you’ll like it! Also, if you are not aware of another book, I think it might be one that you would be interested in, just based on some of your comments. I just finished reading it, but I don’t know if I’ll be reviewing it yet for awhile. It is Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking by Susan Cain.

I thought it was pretty good. At first it seemed too much like a standard management book, but it had some interesting information and some good points. Also useful and practical suggestions.
A friend of mine thought it was too data-heavy. At any rate, I’ll be curious to read it (and your review, if you end up blogging about it).
No, I don’t think so at all. She presents the results of studies, but I think they are needed to be persuasive. She does more with interviews and case studies than with numbers.
